Married on Ocean Isle Beach and proud to call it home!  April is a native of Brunswick County and Matt is a longtime resident.  Together we have a vast knowledge and connection with the custom design world.  With 20+ years’ experience in the workforce as an employee and a business owner we have built strong skills in communication, patience, compassion and flexibility.  We wear many hats on a daily basis.  We have been involved in design work for custom homes in coastal North Carolina, predominantly on Bald Head Island, Southport, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach and in South Carolina, historic Charleston and on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island. 

April’s passion in her handmade jewelry and decor business has required her to learn trends for the season and high demand interest.  Together, years of antique shopping with her mother and experience working for a home furnishing décor company selling merchandise and designing showroom displays has influenced her taste in high quality pieces. 

Matt is directly involved with architects, interior designers, and end users to create custom interior spaces.  Taking the concepts provided by an architect, the creative accents added by an interior designer, and the individual needs of the end user to create custom interior spaces in new construction and remodels of all shapes and sizes.  Matt is proficient with SketchUp 3D Modeling software, AlphaCam CAD, and Mozaik, a custom cabinet design package.
